Account Director

Account Director primary responsibilities:

Life in Mobile is looking for an Account Director with digital and traditional marketing experience, to manage and grow the strategic relationships within our key clients as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the account management team.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Director, you’ll have responsibility for executing the strategies outlined for each of our clients through the Account Management team. More specifically, some of the tasks you will be expected to carry out include:

  • Be the first point of contact for certain key clients
  • Work with upper management on identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies with our client base
  • Drive business opportunities from our existing client base
  • Help drive adoption of Life in Mobile’s continually innovative products
  • Work with other department heads on streamlining communication and developing internal processes
  • Other hands-on support - e.g. creating sales collateral, reporting on marketing campaigns performance, etc.

You'll be reporting to the Executive Vice President and will work closely with the Account Management Team, Project Management Team and Sales Teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years account director experience
  • Proven track record of managing successful teams and growing clients
  • Excellent at analyzing and presenting information
  • An outstanding listener, communicator and influencer, able to navigate several teams both at the client and internally at Life in Mobile
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a client organization

Full Stack Developer

As a full stack developer for our linknexus™ platform, you’ll be responsible for maintaining existing code, developing new features, as well as contributing innovative solutions and ideas. This is full stack position and you must be enjoy coding for both the back and front end.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and deploy new features for the core product
  • Enhance and maintain existing code / functionality

Junior Sales Associate primary responsibilities:

Life in Mobile is looking for a Sales Associate with a passion for marketing with a digital twist to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting as well as closing inbound leads. Additionally, the Sales Associate will be responsible for the entire sales process to onboard a large volume of brands to increase the effectiveness of their traditional and digital marketing. Responsibilities:

As part of the two-person Associate Sales Team, you’ll have responsibility for hitting financial and work milestone related goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. More specifically, some of the tasks you will be expected to carry out include:

  • Identify opportunities and generate leads from various third party resources
  • Gain an understanding of marketing and consumer engagement in order to speak confidently about products within this context
  • Manage a high volume pipeline and consistently close new business to meet or exceed revenue goals
